The latest addition to the truss influenced designs is a chair that everybody says reminds them of the eiffel tower so that's what we're calling it.
It is a work in progress but I did paint it so it would not rust. I would prefer to have it professionally powdercoated and upholstered in its final form. Depending on where this chair ends up it may have to get feet so it doesn't hurt the floor. Each one of those 1/4" steel rods you see was welded fully around on both ends which means there was a whole lot of welding. The little kick-out on the rear legs was inspired by the shape of the heel of an animal.
