Custom Frame Order Form

This form is designed to help you think about all the options for your custom frame. It also facilitates the communication of your decisions to me. Not every option available is shown here. If you would like something that is not here in the form please write it in the comment area at the bottom or send an additional E-mail detailing your needs. Thick is happy to help you design your dream frame. You may also send drawings or sketches if you want a specific feature like the particular shape of a dropout or something like that.
  • Try to answer as much as you can to help me make the best bike for you.
  • If you do not know the best choice for you on a particular detail, leave the field blank and I will make the most appropriate choice later. If you make bad choices, don't worry I'll notice them and make sure you do too.
  • You can fill in as much or as little information as you want.
  • All linear measurements are to be in inches.
  • All angle measurements are to be in degrees.
  • All weight measurements are to be in pounds.

Thanks and have fun with it!

Powdercoat Finishing
Frames come Raw for no additional charge. A durable attractive powdercoat finish (except for Gloss Black) cost $90 extra. Gloss Black costs $75 extra. The process involves sandblasting, powdercoating and baking to give you an attractive and very durable finish. Much better than plain old auto paint and a hell of a lot better than a spraycan job. It is really worth the extra money. Check out some Color Samples
