Head Tube Area Detail

| The Mountain Jumper 's headtube area is not messing around. There are reinforcing rings top and bottom as well as large gussets extending down both the toptube and downtube. The gussets are traditional Bontrager shape except I prefer to weld them fully around for rust purposes. I also think it looks better not to have gaps in the weld. The headtube size is the standard 1 1/8" size. |
