These started with an email from a kid who calls himself DiscoQuinn. He suggested a bar end cap from the same material as the Plasti-Pegs. The reason, he said was that if he could have a very low impact bike, the Powers That Be might let him ride flat on the beautifully smooth school gymnasium floor. It sounded like a good idea so I made some up. They work well. Very durable and long wearing. Completely non-marring and soft enough to prevent denting a parquet floor.
