How to Order A Custom Frame

One of the thicker BMX / freestyle frames around. The low slung chainstays allow for plenty of room between the 990 brake and the chain because there is nothing more annoying than having your chain constantly smacking the top of your brake when your chain is not perfectly tight. The downtube gusset is another tube sleeved over the downtube before the headtube pierces. This gives a combined wall thickness of 0.070" at this crucial junction. Also note reinforced headtube rings to prevent ovalizing.

Number Thirteen fronting

The usual two inch downtube is paired with a 1.75" top tube.
This frame has 8 capped tubes. Can you find them all?

Instead of crimping a notch was cut out and welded closed with 4130 plate. This was done because 2.25" tire clearance pushed the chain stays outward.

Pierced toptube and yet another seatstay design. The seatstays are 7/8" x 0.049" wall and the seat tube accepts a normal one inch seat post.
