Industrial strength chain tensioning for the daily grind. Each chain tensioner base is laser-cut out of 1/4" thick 4130 chrome-moly plate which supports pegs and helps keep axles from bending. A sturdy 5/16" chrome-moly bolt stud is then welded to this. Quality hardware including lock washers is then added to produce the ultimate Chain Tensioner. Large surface area of washer protects dropout while the cut-away design allows axle to be closer to the end of your dropout. Sold in pairs for 3/8" and 14mm axle sizes.
